JOB POSTING GUIDE
You can post your job adverts in just a couple of minutes by following these easy steps.
Step 1: Go to the Create Job Advert page and complete all the sections required to create your job ad.
- If you’re not logged into our system, you can click on “SIGN IN” at the top of the page to sign in or register a new account. But don’t worry, it can also be done later.
- Make sure that you use the “APPLICATION EMAIL/URL” section of the job advert form to select whether you’d like to receive applications via email or to direct the candidates to a page on your website.
Step 2: Once you’ve filled in all the sections required on the Create Job Advert page, click “PREVIEW” at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: If you’re happy with the preview of the job, click “CHOOSE A PACKAGE” to use one of your job credits and send your job for approval. We’ll check the that advert meets our usage terms (e.g. it’s in English and doesn’t use profanities) before approving it within 24 hours – or we’ll contact you if there’s any problem. If you need to buy extra credits, you’ll be able to post new adverts once your funds have been transferred.
Step 4: Go to the Jobs Dashboard page to see the list of your current advertisements.
