IDC announces APAC Smart City Award Winners

IDC (International Data Corporation) has announced the 2020 winners for their IDC Smart City Asia/Pacific Awards (SCAPA) with Taiwan picking up 4 awards, China and Singapore gaining 3, and South Korea and Australia getting 2 prizes.
