A look inside Ho Chi Minh City’s new metro (Vietnam)

Ho Chi Minh’s first metro rail line is approximately 70% complete and is due to enter operations by the end of 2021. As we can see from these photos, the US$1.9 billion (approximate) project is now looking well developed.

This project started construction in 2012 and is supported by funding from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
